A MAN facing charges of stashing indecent images of child abuse in his house has been granted bail.
Jack Marshall, 29, appeared from custody for allegedly hoarding sick pics then failing to attend court.
The Crown’s indictment alleges he created the copies of the images at his address in Symington between October 9, 2019 and January 15 last year.
He faces a second charge of having possessed the images at his home.
It’s alleged he was also in possession of Cannabis on January 15, 2021.
He also faces a fourth charge of having been indicted on the previous allegations later failing to appear at Ayr Sheriff Court on May 3 this year.
He faced a second charge of allegedly failing to appear on September 7.
When Marshall, whose address was listed as HMP Kilmarnock, appeared in court, his defence solicitor Mark Dunbar said his client pleaded not guilty to the charges on the indictment.
The first diet was adjourned until later in the year with bail granted under conditions preventing any access to the internet or children.
He will return to court at a later date.
