NOTICE TO MARTYN ALLAN -COURT REFERENCE PC2/16
An action has been raised at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court by the Scottish Ministers, Civil Recovery Unit, c/o 25 Chambers Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1LA, Pursuers, calling as a Defender Martyn Allan whose last known address was 13 Cheviot Way, Irvine and whose present whereabouts unknown. If the said Martyn Allan wishes to defend the action he should immediately contact the Sheriff Clerk at the Sheriff Courthouse, St Marnock Street, Kilmarnock from whom the service copy of the summary application may be obtained. If he fails to do so, decree may be passed against him when the case calls in court on 13th July 2016 at 10.00 am
