CAIRNS Peacefully at Buckreddan Care Home on Wednesday 31st August, Mairi Cairns (nee Walker), aged 89. Widow to Jim, beloved mother to Graeme and Douglas, dear sister to John, Elza and Eddie, loving aunt and great aunt. A proud Saltcoats girl all her life and forever in our thoughts. A funeral service will be held on Friday 16th September at the North Parish Church (10am) and afterwards at Holmsford Bridge Crematorium, Dreghorn (11am). No flowers please; donations, if desired to a charity of your choice.
