LAUGHLAND Adua (née Bramanti) In loving memory of Adua beloved mother of Alicia and Mark, sister in law to Bert & Nancy. Loving mother in law to Tim and Lynne, grandmother of Tony, Ashley, Michael, Peter and Andrew and great grandmother of Sarah, Tony, Tianna and Luca. Also caring aunt of Jackie and Lawrence. Adua sadly passed away on Friday 20th October 2017 just a day before her 82nd birthday following a bravely borne illness. Her stoicism and pragmatism were an inspiration to us all. We sat by your bedside, Our hearts were crushed and sore. We did our duty to the end, Till we could do no more. In tears we watched you sinking and finally slip away and although our hearts were breaking, we knew you could not stay. But if you could have spoken before you died, these are the words you would have sighed: Goodbye my family, my life has passed, I love you all till the last. Don't shed a tear, but courage take. Just love one another for my sake. From all your loving family, especially those still in Italy, her brother Sergio, sister Bonaria and all close friends. Funeral service on Tuesday 31st October at St. Mary's RC Church at 10am, thereafter to Knadgerhill cemetery for 11.15am. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to Cancer Research UK.
