THORNTON Peacefully at Irvine Central Hospital, after a short illness, May (nee McDougall) of Kilbirnie, aged 89 years. Loving wife of the late William, devoted mum to Eric, Rosemary, Robert, Stephen and the late Valerie, caring mother in law and darling granny to John and Paul. Sorely missed. Funeral service at Holmsford Bridge Crematorium, Dreghorn on Tuesday 27th February 2018 at 10.00am. Cortege leaving Milton Road at 9.10am.
