PARENTS, family and the local community turned out in force to support Springside Primary School’s summer fayre.
Pupils had designed various items in the lead up to the event to sell on the day as part of an enterprise project.
P1 made slime, P2/3 made fudge, P3/4 created aprons from recycled material, P5 sold baskets of sweets while P6/7 made jewellery.
In addition, to the stalls there was also a chocolate fountain which proved popular along with fun games and a raffle.
Over £850 was raised from the fayre which will go towards school funds.
