AN AIR ambulance was called out to an incident near an Irvine housing estate last week.
Paramedics rushed to the scene to find one casualty on Friday, November 27.
Along with air support, a paramedic response car and an ambulance also attended the scene next to St Andrew's Way, Tarryholme.
A patient believed to be a female was taken to Crosshouse Hospital.
A spokesperson for the Scottish Ambulance Service told the Times: “We received a call at 13.28 hours to attend an incident. We dispatched a paramedic response car, an ambulance and an air ambulance to the scene. We transported one patient to Crosshouse Hospital.”
