Fireworks in the Park will return on Friday, November 5 in McGavin Park.
At 6pm organisers will repeat the lower noise short family display suited to younger children due to the timing or for those who do not like the bigger bangs.
At 7.30pm organisers will repeat for the second time in Kilwinning the 18 minute themed music display. Professionally known as a Pyromusical Display.
Suggested donation on entry remains £5 a family or what you can afford.
Stage, food outlets and kids rides will open at 4.30pm and fire acts and free balloon art start at 5pm.
Remember warm clothes, wellies or boots as there will be wet grass underfoot, and a torch.
Make sure your children have a note of your name and mobile in case getting separated. Tell them to go to any steward if separated and we will have a lost children post signed at the pavilion in the centre of the park.
Please do not bring DIY fireworks, alcohol or glass onsite, as you will be refused entry as Kilwinning Community Events reserve the right to search at the event.
Please consider all other options before driving to Fireworks in the Park wherever possible.
There will be Park and Walk routes signposted from Kilwinning Railway Station via Claremont Crescent and Kilwinning Town Centre parking via college and Kilwinning Academy, as well as some access to parking at the college.
All of the above options means you are not caught in traffic as much on arrival but especially on departure with the school car parks reporting long delays.
Toilets are at the Pavilion which includes an accessible toilet. There will be a burger van, donuts and ice cream plus glow sellers, please only used the licensed operators in the park.
First Aid and Lost Children go straight to the pavilion.
