Council chiefs have now launched a new community YouTube channel – after previously live streaming meetings online for residents .
Called ‘North Ayrshire TV’, the YouTube channel will shine a spotlight on the community and highlight events, heritage and culture, outdoor activities and more,
New videos will be uploaded regularly, and by subscribing, you’ll be automatically alerted to new content as soon as it’s published.
Councillor Louise McPhater, Cabinet Member for Participatory Democracy said: “We’ve Launched North Ayrshire TV to focus exclusively on bringing to life community-based content and good news stories, offering people of North Ayrshire the opportunity to find out more about what’s happening in their local area and how they can get involved.
“Our aim is to reach as many people as we can throughout North Ayrshire’s six localities.
