A WOMAN has been let off after shoving another woman and ramming into her car door then trapping her with it.
Margo McLoud, 33, pleaded guilty to assaulting her victim on Kilmarnock Road, Crosshouse, on February 1 last year.
The complaint states McLoud, of Gails Wynd, Irvine, pushed the other woman on the body and then made further attempts to push her.
Court papers state that while she was in her vehicle, McLoud collided with the complainer’s car door, causing her vehicle to strike the other woman, and pinning her against her own car to her injury.
McLoud admitted the assault charge, while a not guilty plea to causing fear and alarm through threatening or abusive was behaviour accepted by prosecutors.
When McLoud returned to Kilmarnock Sheriff Court for sentencing on Thursday, December 9, she was admonished and dismissed.
