A DREGHORN man has been banned from going into an Irvine bar and nightclub after allegedly carrying two blades.
Donald Gilbert McAllister, 43, was ordered not to enter Pitchers Bar and Nightclub by Sheriff Sheena Fraser as he was granted bail for alleged knife possession.
Court papers claim Mr McAllister, of Cumbrae Court, Dreghorn, was carrying two knives in the public place without reasonable excuse or lawful authority on January 8 this year.
Bail was granted under the special conditions not to enter the venue when he appeared before Kilmarnock Sheriff Court last week [Thursday, February10].
He denies the charge and will return to court at a later date.
Police Scotland can be contacted on 101 - in an emergency always dial 999.
