Irvine's most and least expensive streets over the last half-decade have been revealed in new data.
Home sales company Property Solvers tracked the average sold price data from Her Majesty's Land Registry since 2016 to see where the highest and lowest-priced homes are located across the KA11 and KA12 postcodes.
Perceton's KA11 postcode saw the most expensive homes sell for an average of £313,857 at The Paddock and £306,426 at Langmuir Avenue. Properties on Irvine's Fairways also sold at an average price of £280,400.
At Perceton Gate 31 properties were sold over the past five years at an average of £258,564.
Berry Drive, Williamfield Park and Kilwinning Road were also in the most expensive group.
At the other end of the scale, properties on Main Road were the cheapest in the area, with three homes selling for an average of £29,000, followed by Smith Avenue at £31,666 and High Street at £34,086.
Seagate and Brown Walk were also named in the least expensive streets category.
