MEMBERS of the 19th Ayrshire Explorer Scout Group dropped in to Strathallan airfield recently - by parachute.
They took part in their first jump using a static line following an intense training course.
And the scouts, aged 16. 17 and 18, are planning to take part in a second jump soon.
It wasn’t a charity event this time - they wanted to make the parachute jumps purely living the dream with the spirit of adventure.
They are pictured, above left, with their certificates. From the left, Hallie, Brooke, James, Chief instructor Keiran, Ryan, Katie, and Liam.
Well done to all the scouts for their magnificent effort.
