KA Leisure is once again offering free swimming and skating sessions for kids at their facilities across North Ayrshire.

This will take place from Monday, October 17 and Monday, October 24, the school October holidays, for those aged 0-17.

These will be available across four North Ayrshire venues: The portal in Irvine, The Garnock Campus, Auchenharvie Leisure Centre, and the Vikingar in Largs.

In the Portal, you can take advantage of this offer for swimming from 10am until 2pm on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

At Garnock, again for swimming only, this will be on offer from 12-2pm Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, from 12pm-1pm on Wednesday, and 1-2pm on Thursday.

While at Auchenharvie, swimming sessions are available from 12-2pm Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, from 12pm-1pm on Wednesday and 1-2pm on Thursday.

There will also be ice skating sessions available here from 1.30-3.30pm from Monday until Friday.

While at the Vikingar, swimming session will be available from Monday to Friday, starting at 10am and ending at 1.45pm.

A KA Leisure representative said: “Once again, we’re delighted to work with North Ayrshire Council to provide free swimming and skating sessions for children and young people during the school break. 

"The programme ensures that cost is not a barrier to get active and have fun during the holiday period.”

Admission rules and capacity restrictions will apply throughout the offer.
