Five people have been charged in connection with alleged serious organised crime and drugs offences, with a sixth woman released.
Police made six arrests following the execution of warrants in Ayrshire and Glasgow on Friday last week.
Four men and a woman have now been charged while a sixth female was released pending inquiries.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "On Friday, 28 October, 2022, officers from Police Scotland’s Specialist Crime Division, supported by officers from the Operational Support Division, Ayrshire Division and Greater Glasgow Division, executed warrants at seven properties in Kilmarnock, Irvine and Glasgow.
"Four men, aged 62, 42, 35 and 34, and a 35-year-old woman have been arrested and charged in connection and were due to appear at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court.
"A 34-year-old woman was also arrested and released pending further enquiries."
