MEMBERS of a long-established North Ayrshire musical group have unveiled details of the programme for their next concert.
The long-running and highly-acclaimed Dreghorn Musical Society choir will perform 'Sing Into Spring' at the Grand Hall, Kilmarnock on Wednesday, May 3.
Their special guests at the performance will be The Grange Academy School Band.
The night promises a wide variety of music from Cole Porter to Eric Whitacre.
Tickets are available from choir members, at the door on the night or online at: www.ticketsource.co.uk/dreghorn-musical-society
Their chosen charity for this concert is 'The Farm Basket', a community food larder based in Irvine.
The Society was first formed in September 1992 with 28 people who were interested in singing.
The membership of the choir now stands at around 95.
Dreghorn Musical Society is a non-profit making organisation and has always endeavoured to donate to charity.
Around £50,000 has been donated to good causes in the area from the society's concerts to date, and they hope to be able to continue to donate to charities, particularly those helping local people.
