Train services across Ayrshire have reopened after services were cancelled due to a major fire at Ayr Station.
Emergency services brought the blaze under control after it was reported at the derelict station building around 4pm.
All lines in and out of Ayr were blocked, with services between the town and Glasgow starting from Kilwinning.
Stranraer to Ayr services were also delayed and revised, and overhead power being switched off also affected services to Ardrossan and Largs.
Ticket acceptance was put in place for buses across the area to help passengers get home on Sunday evening.
A spokesperson for Scottish Fire and Rescue confirmed that seven appliances were sent to the scene of the blaze at Ayr Station after they were called to the incident at 3:36pm.
All lines have now reopened, with power restored to overhead wires so that Ardrossan and Largs services can run.
UPDATE: The line to/from Ayr has now reopened. We're going to get trains running as soon as we can, but it will take a bit of time. Please bear with us for just a little bit longer. ^Angus
