A flood alert has been issued for across Ayrshire and Arran for this weekend.
The Scottish Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) sent out the alert amid warnings of Storm Betty sweeping across the nation.
SEPA say that a period of heavy rain early on Saturday could lead to some flooding impacts from surface water and small watercourses.
Although the warning is Ayrshire-wide, the focus of the heaviest rain is expected to be across Arran.
Particularly at risk are urban areas and the transport network.
Impacts may include flooding to low-lying land and roads with difficult driving conditions. Isolated properties may also be at risk.
SEPA say: "Remain vigilant and remember, it is your responsibility to take actions which help protect yourself and your property.
"Advice and information is also available through Floodline on 0345 9881188."
