Here are some great shots of the fun and games on Irvine Moor on Marymass Saturday.
With the sun shining for much of the afternoon, it proved to be a fantastic day out for what seemed at times like the entire population of Irvine.
With Scotland's oldest horse race meeting taking place, the afternoon was a real treat for punters, with with some real excitement on the track on the finale of the big festival.
There were some thrilling - and sometimes hilarious - bouts in the ring, as well medieval knights entertaining the crowds.
Sadly, the one thing missing was the greasy pole competition, where teams compete to be the first to reach the large ham atop the titular pole.
It is believed insurance was an issue - the same reason which led the popular event to be cancelled last year.
But there was more than enough entertainment to keep everyone happy on the Moor.
Some remarked that they had never seen quite to many stalls at the event, many of them from local charities.
Others offered food from around the world, jewellery, gifts or knick-knacks.
Our photographer Charlie Gilmour spent the day trying to dodge horse droppings, while capturing some of the Marymass magic.
Check in with our website and Facebook page tomorrow for a special Marymass round up featuring dozens of crowd shots from Saturday's events.
If you were in the parade crowd or on the Moor, you might just spot yourself in one of the pictures...
