Irvine rocker Stewartie Adams and his band Lyin Rampant have been confirmed as support band for former Rainbow singer Graham Bonnet's new tour.
Girdle Toll man Stewartie hit the headlines back in 1987 when Lyin Rampant were tipped for success following the release of their debut album Up N Cumin.
Sadly the band split in 1991, but their debut LP was later picked up by an Italian label and proved a big hit on the European hard rock scene.
Now the band are back on the road and heading out on tour.
As well as the dates supporting Bonnet, Lyin Rampant are preparing for gigs in Edinburgh and Glasgow's Classic Grand with their old pals Heavy Pettin at the end of the month.
They will also be playing at the annual Winterstorm festival in Troon, alongside rock legends such as guitar legend and former UFO man Michael Schenker and that man Graham Bonnet again.
They are on the same bill as Schenker for the first night of the rock festival in Troon, playing on the sessions stage on Thursday, November 23.
Lyin Rampant will support the former Rainbow vocalist on dates in Sheffield, Mancheter and, finally, London's O2 Academy in Islington.
