THE Rivergate Shopping Centre in Irvine is getting in the spirit of Easter this month.
Ahead of the occasion the shopping mall is set to play host to a number of local crafters over a handful of weekend dates.
On Friday (March 22 and 29) and Saturday (March 23 and 30) a makers market will be taking place in the shopping centre full of Easter goodies.
Over 24 makers will be in attendance with the market set up below the escalators at the Asda entrance to the Rivergate.
There will also be further Easter fun on Saturday, March 30, with a free family event set to take place.
From 12-3pm, in the same area of the mall as the market, a Easter arts and crafts workshop will be held.
During the workshop you will be able to make a great range of crafts including Easter bonnets, cards, masks, sock bunnies and much more.
Not only that, but those in attendance will also have the opportunity to make a sand art picture and the Rivergate's ever popular face painters will also be attending.
The Easter Bunny will also be making appearances throughout the day and rumour has it he will have chocolate treats to give out!
More information can be found online at via the Rivergate Shopping Centre Facebook page.
