A vacant car park in the centre of Irvine is heading to auction later this week.
The covered car park at Bridgegate has space for 90 cars, alongside a variety of other uses.
It could also be utilised for storage units or keeping other containers.
Heading under the hammer with Future Property Auctions, the site has a rental potential of £25,000 per year.
The site is adjacent to the Rivergate shopping centre which includes big names like ASDA, Primark and Boots.
The car park is heading to online auction on Thursday, April 4 between 10am and 3pm, with an opening bid of £76,000.
