Clever pupils at an Irvine primary school have been digging back into history in their latest topic...learning all about dinosaurs.
And far from the fiction of Jurassic Park, the Glebe Primary youngsters were finding out what dinosaurs were really like when they roamed the earth for 180 million years.
The P2 pupils invited their families along to their last Learning Cafe of the term to let them taken a look at some of the amazing work they have been doing.
And it certainly looks like their prehistoric studies captured their imaginations.
A school spokesperson said on the Glebe X (formerly Twitter) site last week: "P2R loved having our families join us for our last Learning Cafe.
"They joined in our activities and we shared what we have been learning about dinosaurs."
