A BUSINESS is set to expand further into North Ayrshire by opening a second branch in the region.

The Property Boom estate agents currently operate one office in Beith - as well as further premises in Glasgow and Paisley.

Last week, the North Ayrshire part of business operations teased that they would be expanding further into the county - though did not disclose an exact location.

Though after nearly a week of leaving locals in the lurch they announced that their newest office would be located in Irvine.

And the arrival of The Property Boom in town is not too far off, with opening day less than a week away.

The estate agents will open their Irvine office, located at suite one in 61 East Road, on Monday, May 20.

The doors will swing open for the first time at 9am that day and the business say they "can't wait" to welcome locals into their latest location.
