POLICE have launched an appeal for public assistance to help trace a missing Irvine woman last seen nearly three days ago.
Nicola Pirrie's last known location was the Bourtreehill area of the town, where she was sighted around 1pm on Friday, July 19.
The 50-year-old is described as white and around five feet and five inches tall. She has brown eyes, bags under her eyes and brown hair.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Officers from Police Scotland are seeking the assistance of the public in an effort to trace a 50-year-old woman missing from Irvine in North Ayrshire.
"Nicola Pirrie was last seen in Bourtreehill, Irvine around 1pm on Friday, July 19, 2024.
"Anyone with information is asked to call officers at Irvine Police office on the police non-emergency number, 101."
