North Ayrshire children had a blast at the recent summer youth camp held at Eglinton Country Park.
Organised by the youth services team, the kids enjoyed a wide range of fun activities at the park earlier this month.
A North Ayrshire Council spokesperson said: "Brilliant to see our young people having a great time over at Eglinton Country Park at the North Ayrshire Youth Services Outdoors for Wellbeing Camp.
"The programme is a brilliant example of how the council continues to champion children and young people’s rights – building their confidence and encouraging them to learn new skills beyond the classroom.
"Outdoors for Wellbeing also centres around the council’s ongoing work around The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) - an important, legally binding agreement which outlines the fundamental rights of every child, regardless of their race, religion or abilities.
"In this case, the programme focusses on #Article13 – freedom of expression and #Article31 – the right to relax, play, learn and develop."
If these pics from the council's Facebook page are anything to go by, a great time was had by all.
