VACANT land in Stewarton could be revamped as plans to build a house and garage on the site have been submitted.
The proposed property’s plans include a master bedroom on the ground floor, as well as three other bedrooms - all with their own en-suite bathrooms.
Alongside this, the home will have six bathrooms and its own private cinema room.
While the site is currently empty, the land is being occupied by a residential caravan.
During the construction process of the house, the caravan will remain on site until the building is complete and capable of living in.
There are currently four existing parking spaces on the land, which will be revamped during the construction process.
