Nearly 20 offences were detected by police
ALMOST 20 driving offences were detected by police across Annick and Irvine valley following increased patrols.
Officers from roads policing undertook extra patrols in the region to tackle a variety of driving offences.
As part of the efforts, two people were arrested for drink/drug driving, with one arrest for disqualified driving.
Ten speeding offences were also detected, with six insurance offences noted too.
