LOCALS are set to be given a chance to view and comment on a proposed housing development in Irvine.
Notice has been given ahead of a consultation which will be held prior to a formal application being submitted to North Ayrshire Council.
The prospective applicant, Keepmoat Homes Ltd, will be looking to take on feedback before launching proposals to create a residential development on land to the north of Montgomerie Park in the town.
Further details of the scale of the plans have not been detailed at this stage though will be available to view at an in person event being held next month.
This will be taking place in the Castlepark Community Centre on Wednesday, November 6, from 2-7pm.
During this event, members of the project team will be available to respond to any questions and receive feedback on the proposals.
Further information is also available from Iceni Projects at 201 George Street in Glasgow - or by call 0141 473 7338.
Those wishing to make comments should do so at the event, or by email at MontgomeriePark@iceniprojects.com no later than November 28.
As no formal application has been submitted at this stage, no representations should be made to North Ayrshire Council.
