A RECRUITMENT event is set to take place to encourage new on-call firefighters across Ayrshire.
On the evening, attendees will learn what it takes to be a part of the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service.
Current firefighters will cover everything you need to know including the application process, role requirements, pay and benefits, hours and availability and community involvement.
It will also be a chance to meet members of the crew and management staff who will be available to answer any questions.
The recruitment event takes place at Stewarton Community Fire Station on Tuesday, November 19 at 7pm.
