IRVINE rocker Stewartie Adams and his band Lyin Rampant have just played one of their biggest gigs in years - supporting heavy metal legends The Tygers of Pan Tang in Glasgow.
And the singer described the night at the Classic Grand last Friday as "fantastic", adding: "We all had a great rocking time."
Girdle Toll man Stewartie hit the headlines back in 1987 when Lyin Rampant were tipped for success following the release of their debut album Up N Cumin.
Sadly the band split in 1991, but their debut LP was later picked up by an Italian label and proved a big hit on the European hard rock scene.
More Lyin Rampant dates are set to be announced soon. Watch this space...
