CHRISTMAS is set to come to Irvine's Rivergate Shopping Centre with a special festive event on Saturday, November 16.
The mall is set to kick off the festive season with a free to attend 'elf school' being hosted at the venue from 11am-3pm.
Those attending will be able to enter a wonderful world of Christmas joy and join the school where you can come as yourself and leave as an elf.
Youngsters heading along will be able to meet Santa, his elf and real reindeers - along with many other festive visitors.
The elf school will be located across from the Auld Brig and the rest of the Rivergate's festive fun will be all throughout the centre.
Entry to the event and all other activities will be free however organisers are asking for donations.
All of the money raised will be donated to the centre's partner charity, which is Cash for Kids Ayrshire.
