PLANS have been lodged to create a new dental surgery in Stewarton.
The planning application proposes to transform an industrial unit at 55 High Street into a new base for Corsehill Dental Surgery.
The unit, covering an area of 243.28 square metres, is currently used for retail and light industrial purposes.
The proposed change is permanent, with no works having started yet.
The application specifies no alterations to vehicle access, and no additional parking spaces are proposed beyond the existing single space.
Plans for the new dental surgery include changing the site's current layout, and making elevations.
The application to East Ayrshire Council was submitted on Tuesday, November 5.
Currently Coresehill Dental Care is located on 17 Gilmour Street and specialises in independent dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, tooth whitening and Botox.
