IRVINE'S Gailes has been crowned ‘Boutique Spa Hotel of the Year’ at one of the UK’s most prestigious award ceremonies in the national beauty calendar.
The SimpsInns hotel and spa on Marine Drive was awarded the top accolade at this year’s British Association of Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology (BABTAC) and Confederation of International Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology (CIBTAC) Annual Awards 2024.
They were held at the Fairmont Windsor Hotel, near London.
The Gailes was up against three other hotels across the UK for the top award for this year.
Lee Simpson from SimpsInns said: “We’re extremely proud to have been recognised by UK spa, health and beauty industry experts as ‘Boutique Spa Hotel of the Year’ 2024.
“This latest national industry accolade for The Gailes Hotel & Spa really helps to reinforce our reputation as Ayrshire’s leading luxury spa and wellness destination.”
Lee added: “We’re committed to exceeding our guests’ expectations and are regularly investing in our hotel, spa and leisure facilities.
“Here at The Gailes, our team of beauty and hospitality professionals go the extra mile to create the perfect oasis to escape the stresses of everyday life and offer people the opportunity to take back time for themselves to relax, rejuvenate and renew.
“Plans are already under way to expand the Si! Spa brand to The Waterside Hotel at West Kilbride with the launch of our new £3 million sea view spa in spring 2025.”
Renowned skincare products used in Si! Spa treatments include ishga and ESPA. Ishga’s range of innovative products are made using the finest hand-picked seaweed from the Scottish Hebrides, while ESPA’s formulations contain unique combinations of plant extracts, marine actives and essential oils to create the most effective, natural products which protect the long-term health and beauty of the skin.
