IRVINE Meadow's 2006 side were toasting cup success on Sunday, May 5.
The Medda youngsters played out a thrilling league cup final against Maybole at Buffs Park in Kilwinning.
The young Irvine side took the lead in the match when Lucas Macdonald slotted home to make the score 1-0.
However, Maybole would later equalise ensuring the final went all the way to a penalty shootout.
It was Meadow who would triumph from the spot, coming out 4-3 winners.
It led to joyous celebrations for the young stars who made it a double success for Irvine Meadow youth sides after the club's development team earned league title success on days prior.
