IRVINE Meadow chairman Robert Jeffrey has stepped down after 17 years in the role.
The club confirmed the move on social media, thanking the committee member of 28 years for his service.
Bert Hogg has been selected as his successor and will take over the position with immediate effect.
A statement on social media read: "Irvine Meadow XI would like to advise that with immediate effect Robert Jeffrey has relinquished his role as club chairman.
"Robert has served on the committee for over 28 years and has been chairman since 2007.
"Robert has worked tirelessly during his time on the committee to ensure Medda maintain its position as one of junior pre-eminent clubs and recently the transition as a senior club within the pyramid system under the SPFL.
"Everyone on the committee would like to wish Robert and his family the best for the future.

"Hopefully with the extra free time he can improve his golf handicap!
"Robert will continue to support the club as a fan as he has for over 60 years and enjoy a pint before and after the game in the social club.
"We would also like to take this opportunity to advise supporters and sponsors of our club that our long-standing committee member Bert Hogg will undertake the role of club chairman.
"Bert has been on the committee for 50 years and has the respect from all fellow members and supporters with the aim to get ‘The Medda’ back to where they belong in the premier league."
